Refunds can be done in two ways; A full refund and a partial refund. A full refund means you can reverse the entire receipt, while partial refund means you can refund specific items on a receipt. When carrying out a retail order refund, items are automatically added back to inventory, you can also put in place restocking fees associated with retail item refunds in case there is damage to items returned or missing boxes and or packaging etc.
